Meet Darius: 2022 Intern

As we celebrate reaching the milestone of 100 interns, we’re excited to highlight some of our amazing former interns. Meet Darius, a standout from our 2022 summer cohort!

Darius's connection to Project Lemonade began when he was just 12 years old, starting as a shopper and remaining involved ever since. In 2022, he joined us as a Level 1 intern, where he brought energy and curiosity to every new experience. “Every day at Project Lemonade brought something new,” Darius shares. “I loved working alongside others and exploring different places.”

One of Darius’s favorite memories was building strong connections with his fellow interns, particularly during field trips to various worksites and skill-building activities.

His advice for future interns? “Be as social as possible!”
